Library Exhibit

During the month of August, the duClay Chapter of EGA has the privilege of displaying our projects in the display cases of the Orange Park Library.  The cases look like they wouldn't hold much but thanks to the efforts of JoyceAnne and Ruth, these cases are artfully packed with our exquisite needlework!  We certainly are a group of talented needleworkers!  Thank you JoyceAnne and Ruth for your time staging the display - it's beautiful!

The photos reflect the difficulty of taking photos through glass on a sunny day.  This is a small portion of the photos taken.  A link to the Flickr set can be found at the bottom of this post should you like to see all of the photos.

As a reminder to our members, in September we're displaying in the gallery for the first time.  This is especially exciting as we'll be able to display our larger pieces.  For details in submitting a piece for gallery display, please contact JoyceAnne.

Let's not delay any longer and get to the good stuff!

what a fantastic display of our members worke. Jackie did a great job photographing. Not easy because of the glass and glare.

Thanks for the update Jackie. Our exhibit certainly inspired me to get back to work on some of my UFOs! Such a talented group!
