The duClay Chapter hosted another Taste of workshop yesterday. This time it was the Taste of the Queen Stitch. Led by member Linda M., the guild began stitching The Queen Stitch Scissors Sheath designed by Carolyn Standing Webb. Special thanks to Carolyn who granted the guild permission to use her design.
As Linda shared tips and tricks on getting a nice looking queen stitch, the group had a chance to look at Linda's project. Linda stitched her project using various methods of stitching the queen stitches. The method was not visible in the finished project. It was a great reminder that the Queen stitch can be very forgiving.
